1. Provider

2. Service

Insight Guard is a software service designed to support contract-first AI runtime governance, including deterministic decisioning, audit-oriented outputs, policy modes, and related product functionality.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and API keys.
• You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• You may not use the service in violation of applicable law or regulation.
• You may not attempt to interfere with the security, stability, or integrity of the service.
• You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service except as permitted by law.
• You remain responsible for the inputs, workflows, and downstream use of outputs within your own systems.

5. Fees, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed according to the pricing or order terms presented at purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• We may suspend access for overdue amounts.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the service, software, documentation, website content, and related materials, except for content or data you provide.

7. Customer data

As between the parties, you retain your rights in the data you submit to the service. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement.

8. No guarantee of perfect safety or compliance

Insight Guard is intended to support governance and control workflows, but it does not guarantee perfect safety, uninterrupted service, or legal compliance in every context. You remain responsible for your own implementation, review, and operational decisions.

9. Warranties disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INNERSENSE LABS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms or if required by law.
• Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
